Generous Maternity Package

If you’ve given birth, adopted or been through surrogacy, you can take up to 52 weeks maternity leave. We offer up to 52 weeks maternity leave so you can care for your newborn with no money worries. This includes five months full pay, three months 50% pay, seven weeks statutory pay and up to an additional 13 weeks unpaid.

Generous Paternity Leave

If you are a new father, we offer up to six weeks paternity leave so you can support your partner and spend some precious time with your little one(s). This includes two weeks full pay, two weeks holiday and two weeks at statutory rate.

IVF & Fertility Treatment

We offer unlimited paid time off for you to attend any fertility or IVF appointments. This also includes accompanying your partner.

Adoption Policy

We offer unlimited paid time off for you to attend any adoption appointments. This also includes accompanying your partner.

Miscarriage Policy

Take as long as you need to physically and mentally recover. We support all employees, both mothers and fathers, with five days paid compassionate leave if either of you suffer a miscarriage. We'll also offer paid leave for any associated or follow-up medical appointments, with the option for additional holiday and phased return to work as required.

Designed to give all employees (women and partners) the space to process and time to recover with uncapped leave, we offer five days paid compassionate leave for you or your partner.
